Paper Submission

All papers submissions shall be written in English. Abstracts of not more than 300 words shall be submitted electronically via email to the Conference Secretariat by 23 Feb 2008. Upon acceptance, submission of full papers shall be sent via email to Conference Secretariat by 31 Mar 2008. Abstracts and full papers for submission shall be in Microsoft Word format.

Abstracts shall clearly state the purpose, intents, results and conclusions of the work to be described in the full paper. Paper acceptance will be based primarily on originality, novelty and contribution of the work. Final acceptance will be based on the full-length paper, and upon acceptance for publication, shall be presented at the conference.

The official language of the conference is English.

Conference Publication
All papers will be published in the conference proceedings.
